Iconic collections by Alma Light

The Alma Light collections come from a Barcelona family business founded in 1989 by the Cubiñá family, which in 2003 made the leap from distributor to producer with its own brand. All production is 100% Made in Barcelona. The catalogue combines designers from the Catalan design school with international creators, always with noble materials and artisanal craftsmanship as the common thread.

TRIBECA — natural alabaster from Spanish quarries, design by Jordi Llopis

The TRIBECA collection, designed by Jordi Llopis (trained at ELISAVA Barcelona and the Royal College of Art in London), takes its name from the Manhattan neighbourhood where old industrial spaces coexist with an elegant, retro and minimalist aesthetic. Its spherical shades in polished natural alabaster come from Spanish national quarries — Spain is the world's largest alabaster producer. Each shade is unique, with white and grey veins and a soft translucency that produces a warm, spectacular light when switched on. Black textured iron structure. Spherical shade 12 cm in diameter. Seoul LED 4.2W 2700K. Available in pendant, ceiling, wall, table, floor and rechargeable portable IP45 versions.

FUJI — conical alabaster inspired by Mount Fuji, design by Jordi Llopis

The FUJI collection, also by Jordi Llopis, takes its name and clean conical form from Mount Fuji. Unlike Tribeca, the alabaster shade in Fuji is conical — with clear Art Deco inspiration — and the metal structure is finished in iron with electroplated polished brass. Available in four models: two pendants (Ø22 cm and Ø30 cm), one table lamp and one floor lamp. Seoul LED 4.6W 2700K 260 lm (small shade) and 4.83W 2700K 335 lm (large shade).

THECHANDELIER — reinterpretation of 1920s chandeliers, design by Alfonso de la Fuente (Pichiglas Studio)

The THECHANDELIER collection, designed by Alfonso de la Fuente (Pichiglas Studio) in 2020, is a contemporary reinterpretation of the grand chandeliers of the early 20th century. Its ovoid opal glass shades — smooth or grecale-style frosted — are combined with iron structures in polished brass, white or black textured finish. Each shade houses an E27 socket so the user can choose the bulb. Highly customisable in finishes. Available in three sizes: 3 shades (Ø57×H35 cm), 9 shades (Ø107×H83 cm) and 15 shades (Ø107×H114 cm, max. H 250 cm).
