Il Fanale is an Italian lighting brand founded in 1979 in Treviso by Fausto Dalla Torre and his wife Luisa Martin. Drawing on a decade of experience working with traditional metals, they set up the company with the intention of producing unique, original lamps of the highest quality. Il Fanale remains a family business today: Marzia and Tomas Dalla Torre, the founders' children, have inherited their parents' passion and created Torremato, their own line bringing wood and natural materials into the family craft, expanding the catalogue without ever losing the handmade essence that defines the brand.

Among its best-known collections is Drop, the brand's best-seller, inspired by the lights of Italian village festivals, alongside Sfera, designed for outdoor use around its iconic blown-glass sphere blending Mediterranean materiality with geometric simplicity.
