The Lauro floor lamp by Marset revives a design originally released in 1978, bringing it back for a new generation while remaining faithful to its essence.

Its steel structure —available in dark brown (charcoal) or chrome finish— highlights a technical achievement of its time: curved steel manufacturing, a complex and innovative process in the 1970s that remains challenging today. This sculptural base supports a methacrylate shade available in translucent white opal, providing soft diffused light, or in black double-layer, offering more direct illumination.

Standing 135 cm high with a 38 cm base, Lauro has a strong visual presence, perfect for living rooms, reading corners, or sophisticated contract interiors seeking character and authenticity. The shade can be rotated and adjusted in height along the stem, allowing precise light direction.

It operates with a LED bulb (not integrated), echoing the classic ritual of traditional lamps while incorporating contemporary energy efficiency.
